The 1000eng cycle: six steps from requirement to certification

Entering the nuclear supply chain is not just a matter of certificates: you need a quality system that stands up to audits, qualifications and renewals over time. That is why we work with a single method, the same whatever the reference standard: ISO 19443, RCC-M, ASME III, IAEA requirements.

The six steps1. FRAME: regulatory context and positioning, i.e. which certifications to obtain and which standards to cover with in-house skills.

2. ASSESS: evidence-based gap analysis, with a requirement-by-requirement Compliance Matrix, an Evidence Register and interviews with process owners.

3. PLAN: a roadmap with milestones, responsibilities and deliverables, sized on the real gaps.

4. IMPLEMENT: documents and processes developed, written with or reviewed together with your team.

5. VERIFY: internal audit, residual gaps and corrective actions.

6. CERTIFY: support in choosing the certification body and through the Stage 1 and Stage 2 audits.

The standard sets the criteria; the method governs how you analyse, implement and verify. And the system stays yours: we work with your team, not in its place, because at the end of the journey you must be able to run it on your own.

Enter the nuclear sector. And stay there.
